Where do we work?

Where do you practice?

AR Pediatric Music Therapy practices Music Therapy in both typical and atypical development settings. Since Music Therapy is beneficial to a wide variety of abilities, AR Pediatric Music Therapy focuses on Early Childhood settings and ASD settings with interventions that are focused on cultivating social skills, communication skills, and preliteracy skills.

In the ABA Clinic, AR Pediatric Music Therapy works with an IEP team to support the student's academic and functional living goals by providing interventions focused on social interactions, communication, academic concepts, calming strategies, and promoting appropriate leisure skills and sensory input.

In the Early Childhood settings, AR Pediatric Music Therapy provides age appropriate groups that encourage moving, playing small instruments, reading books, and singing familiar songs. There are two different programs provided based on the school: class to class or groups with mixed ages.
